The home of Eclectia . .
. . where the Bible meets study.
You have to know what it says before you can know what it means.
Welcome — I'm glad you're here.
I'm Jay Branch, author and founder of Southern Avenue Publishing. I write at the crossroads of scripture, history, and the night sky, chasing the patterns that connect them. This is where I share the journey — my books, my podcast and notes, and the occasional discovery worth pausing over.
For me, this journey started over 50 years ago when I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. This brings me to a very important correlation between my publishing company name and the beginning of my call to search and research the Bible. A few months after accepting Jesus I was driving down Southern Avenue in Memphis TN and I was surprised by a clear and audible calling - God said, "Jay, I want you to be My teacher." A few months later, I got the same audible calling - as if to confirm the first one. I have heard that voice on occasion since then, but never quite as clear and obvious.
Join me as I share with you the many insights I have gained on my journey to honor God's calling. I hope you have that same exciting and undeniable experience.

Revelation to Genesis
Cycles of History Patterned in Scripture and the Stars, 2nd edition
What if history isn't a straight line, but a loop - God's story written in starlight?
Available in bookstores and online -
About the book
What if Genesis and Revelation describe the same moment — not the beginning and end of a single story, but the turning point of a cycle that has repeated across the ages of human history?
In Revelation to Genesis, Jay Branch maps over 20 points of correlation between the closing chapters of Revelation and the opening chapters of Genesis, revealing that they are not bookends but a continuous divine loop. The apocalypse does not conclude history. It resets it.
Is the Book of Revelation the full accounting of how creation became “formless and void”?
Was Adam ever actually alone in the Garden of Eden?
What language did Noah and his family and Abraham and his family speak, and how was Moses able to write scripture in Hebrew?
At the center of this discovery stand the visions of Daniel 7 and 8, which emerge here as a stunning celestial map: the constellations of the night sky, read as the signs God intended in Genesis 1:14 — charting creation, fall, judgment and renewal across the complete arc of history.
Drawing on Biblical Hebrew and Greek, ancient astronomy, the Precession of the Equinoxes, and thirty years of careful study, Branch invites readers to see Scripture — and the stars above — in a way no previous generation has been equipped to see.
The knowledge is increasing. The sealed books are opening.
